Crane Busbar Rails: U15, U25, U35

U15, U25, U35 Insulated Busbar SystemU15, U25, U35 are single-phase, insulated busbar systems (conductor rails) for the range from 60 to 1000 A. The rails are suitable for supplying power for a wide range of applications, e.g., overhead cranes, transport installations with several lifting and conveying devices, amusement rides, and many more.

Insulated Busbars System Applications (U15, U25, U35)

U15 Systems

Unipole 15 systems are often called insulated busbars and are primarily used for light overhead cranes and hoists/elevators, self propelled monorail carriers, automated storage and retrieval systems, assembly and test tracks, motor powered gates and doors, for all kinds of data and signal transmission, etc.
Ampacity up to 100 A

U25 Systems

Unipole 25 busbar systems are used for bridge and portal crane electrification, stacker cranes, heavy monorail systems, amusement & rapid transit rides, construction and maintenance lifts, etc.
Ampacity up to 450 A

U35 Systems

Unipole 35 systems are used in the same applications as U25 systems;
however they offer more Ampacity and therefore are considered when the applications are heavy duty.
