Manufacturing Automation

Manufacturing automation can be found in a variety of forms but one of the more common configurations is the assembly line. For an assembly line to efficiently operate they require a constant movement of the line as well as a constant supply of materials. VAHLE offers a number of different solutions for semi or fully automated assembly lines. The EMS (electrified monorail system) system is a fully automated carrier system used in production plants (e.g. automotive). We offer a conductor bar system that can be field modified to suit complex EMS systems (track switches, curves, and lift stations) as well as handling systems for assembly tools, testing systems, component delivery systems.

Process equipment such as extrusion machines, welding robots, assembly robots, lathes, etc. can be electrified and automated with VAHLE products.
