VAHLE Launches New All-in-One Compact Conductor
VAHLE recently launched the VAHLE Compact Line (VCL) conductor system, an all-in-one solution for the intralogistics industry.
“The logistics industry calls for increasingly dynamic storage solutions,” said Rüdiger Jour, product manager at VAHLE’s headquarters in Kamen, Germany. The VCL is the company’s latest response to the evolving needs of the industry.
Due to its modular design, the VCL is ideal for use in shuttle systems, automatic small parts warehouses (SPW), pallet automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), as well as small- to mid-sized performance range transfer car applications.

The VCL is highly customizable and can be configured to specific project requirements. It offers a wide range of options for number of poles, conductor materials, amperage and voltage.

- 40 (galvanized steel conductor) – 100 (copper conductor) amps
- 12 – 500 volts
The VCL’s durable carbon brushes keep maintenance and repair costs down, while “plug and play” clip technology allows for streamlined, user-friendly assembly and installation. The VCL also meets the IP2X requirements for safety and an optional protective earthing (PE) conductor is available for increased safety measurements.
